Automatic QuickBooks payment confirmation is not connected. Verify the actual received transaction, then reserve its date below. A payment claim or screenshot is not proof. Staff access requires a verified email and an approved role. Payment links request funds; they do not prove receipt.
Calendar blocks
Block maintenance, personal-use or unavailable days. Customer reservation blocks use verified security-payment receipts in the next section.
Requests & security payments
Unpaid requests do not hold dates. Verified full security payment and a conflict-free date check create the reservation block. Final confirmation, signatures and rent remain separate.

These updates appear on the public website. New deposit/rate settings apply to new requests; existing request amounts remain frozen. Text is displayed as text, not HTML.
Staff access
Only Administrators can create invitations and disable other accounts. Invitations authorize the specified verified email for 24 hours. Share the administration address directly with that person. They choose their own password and verify their email.
Online request availability
Open requests only after reviewing this website and its customer policies. Unpaid inquiries do not hold dates.
Only the connecting Administrator can manage QuickBooks and generate its invoices. Payment services for QuickBooks invoice and payment links are provided by Intuit Payments Inc.
QuickBooks invoice connection
The connection uses server-managed secrets and encrypted stored authorization. Live customer invoices require an approved Intuit production connection. Creating an invoice does not verify payment or block a day.
App credentials are configured in Google Secret Manager by the hosting owner.
Clearing the stored connection removes its encrypted authorization tokens from this project. It does not revoke the app in Intuit; disconnect it in your Intuit account when needed.
After connection, use Generate invoice in a request or enable automatic generation above. Retry the same request after an interruption. Amount changes are locked once invoice creation begins to prevent duplicate or mismatched invoices.
