What is included in the event rental?
Advertised inclusions are tables and chairs, security, and a newly renovated space. Kristy will confirm quantities, setup, security coverage and access hours in the written agreement.
When is my reservation confirmed?
For event bookings, an unpaid request does not hold a date. IPM first verifies the full required refundable security deposit, matches it to your request, and rechecks availability before reserving the date. Final booking confirmation also requires the agreement, applicable rental payments and owner approval. This preview cannot confirm reservations. The proposed live process requires an approved agreement, completed signatures, verified required payment, owner approval, and a final availability check before written confirmation.
What are the cancellation and deposit terms?
The event security deposit is refundable, separate from rent, and defaults to $200. IPM Premier can set a different amount before acceptance. Owner-approved return timing is within 7 business days after inspection, less documented permitted deductions; attorney review and activation remain pending. The security deposit is not a cancellation fee.
What cancellation terms has the owner approved?
Owner-approved draft, awaiting attorney review: event rental-loss retention caps of 0% at least 30 days before, 25% at 14–29 days, 50% at 7–13 days and 100% under 7 days, each limited to documented net loss after savings and rebooking. Stays: full rent refund at least 7 days before check-in; closer cancellations capped at one night and documented net loss. These business terms are owner-approved but are not active for bookings. Separate optional services require their own disclosed cancellation terms.
How will I pay?
The payment section shows IPM’s supplied PayPal and Cash App links and Zelle QR image. No payment is due from this preview. After IPM issues your approved agreement and exact payment request, it verifies the actual received transaction before updating payment status. Payment alone does not confirm a booking.
Can I request accessibility accommodations?
Yes. Contact Kristy about access needs and event arrangements. Specific accessibility features must be confirmed for the property and layout.
