Privacy notice
Revision: November 2, 2026
This notice applies to the IPM booking and staff-administration website. It does not describe the separate Strikingly main website or third-party payment websites.
Information we use.
When online requests are open, a request can include your name, email, phone, requested event date/hours, guest count, occasion and optional notes. Please do not enter card numbers, bank details, identification documents or sensitive personal information in the notes. Authorized staff also record booking status, the required deposit, invoice and received-payment references, calendar blocks and administrative changes. A request is not a confirmed booking.
Staff accounts use verified email, an approved role and Google Firebase Authentication. Firebase processes sign-in and recovery information. The booking application does not store a readable copy of a staff member's password. Necessary browser session storage and a short-lived connection cookie support staff authentication and the QuickBooks connection.
Purpose.
We use request information to discuss availability, prepare quotes or review drafts, communicate about the requested event, request/reconcile payments and administer the property. Staff access and change history help protect records and resolve errors. The service also uses security/rate-limit information. Google may process IP addresses, browser/request information and service logs when hosting and operating the application.
Service providers.
Google Firebase/Google Cloud provide website hosting, authentication, the private booking database and server services. When QuickBooks invoice generation is enabled for a request, the customer's name, email, request reference, event date, invoice description and requested amount are sent to Intuit QuickBooks. The application stores the invoice reference and an eligible payment-page link. The QuickBooks connection uses protected server secrets and encrypted stored authorization. Staff access is limited to approved accounts and roles.
Payments take place through the selected provider's website or banking application. IPM's booking forms do not collect full card or bank account credentials. PayPal, Cash App, Zelle/your bank and Intuit have their own practices and terms. Confirm the merchant and amount before paying. A payment screenshot, return from a payment page or invoice creation is not proof that funds were received.
This booking application does not display advertising or sell request information. We may disclose records when needed to provide the requested service through our providers, comply with legal obligations, or address a genuine dispute, fraud or security incident. Optional future services will require an updated description of their data use before activation.
Retention and requests.
We retain records as needed for the request, payment reconciliation, business/accounting records, disputes and applicable obligations. Backup copies can remain until their retention period expires. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, contact IPM at (769) 231-5191 or 2570 Bailey Avenue, Jackson, MS 39202. We will verify the request and explain any records we must retain. These requests are handled manually through IPM rather than through an automated customer self-service process.
Current service status.
Online customer submissions and final booking confirmation are not open during testing. Test-company invoices are not live payment requests. Website and payment status will identify any test mode; staff must verify actual received funds before reserving an event date.
Changes.
The page will show its current revision date. Material changes to the service or data use will be reflected in an updated notice.
